  • Professional workshops for organisations on themes of Burnout, Managing Stress amongst others using a creative lens

  • Group sessions for children and adults using elements of Movement Psychotherapy - props, music, movement and play!

About the Founder

An ardent believer in creative therapeutic spaces, I’m a licensed Psychotherapist with an expertise Body based/ Movement Psychotherapy.

I pursued BA Honors - Psychology from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi and MA in Movement Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, University of London. 

I'm licensed by the Association of Dance Movement Psychotherapy, UK ( ADMP-UK). 

My approach is underpinned by principles of movement psychotherapy, attachment theories, developmental psychology and psychodynamic school of psychotherapy. My lens is trauma integrated, queer affirmative and intersectional. An avid reader and vegan by lifestyle, I work towards animal rights in my own capacity within the community. 

I am the Creative Director & Founder of my organisation, and presently the Vice President and Executive Committee Board Member, at the Indian Association of Dance Movement Therapy (IADMT) 

I aspire to build a community that is accessible and inclusive to people with diverse physical and mental health-related needs across varied genders, castes, classes and ages.
